The monograph provides readers with a basic introduction to the anthropology of borders and presents contemporary case Slovenian border region. first chapters outlines many key lines inquiry that influenced anthropological research on borders, studies localized at selected regions, issues shaping within interdisciplinary field studies. second half this book is dedicated presenting diverse aspects Slovenian-Hungarian around Goričko. These ethnographic aim provide grounded understanding way regimes have changed over last decades, how these changes informed region in ways, actors both experience respond – through myriad their own practices.
